Hannah Emile

Hannah Emile is an eponymous line of minimalist, artisanal handbags and accessories by Hannah Tatar.  All bags are designed and handmade by Hannah in a Mission District studio shared with her artist grandmother.

Hannah works exclusively with food industry byproduct hides, locally sourced whenever possible. By hand cutting pattern pieces, every bag incorporates the beautiful natural variations of the hides, while minimizing wasted yardage.

Leather is a biodegradable material; however, leather bags will last for decades with proper care. We encourage you to use and love your bag in this spirit.
