Pasta Grannies is a channel celebrating nonne who are still hand making pasta, a tradition that is disappearing in Italy—sharing their favorite recipes, pasta techniques and childhood stories. 

Referttorio Paris, a community kitchen located in the crypt of la Madeleine founded by Massimo Bottura, transforms 'rubbish-bound' surplus ingredients from Paris' top restaurants into free meals for people in situations of social and financial vulnerability.
